Vegan Apple Spice Sorbet



Apple Spice SorbetServes 6-8
Ingredients:
650g apples (4-5 cups chopped)
knob of coconut oil or ghee
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. ground cardamom
1 tsp. ground ginger
½ tsp. ground star anise
½ tsp. ground nutmeg
¼ cup / 60ml maple syrup, divided
¼ tsp. sea salt
1 whole vanilla bean, seeds scraped
2 cans full-fat coconut milk
½ cup / 55g hazelnuts, roasted and chopped (optional)
maple syrup to drizzle, if desired


Homemade Lemonade w/ Stevia




Ingredients

  • 2 quarts water
  • 1 1/2 cups stevia extract in the raw® cup for cup
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice with pulp, seeded
  • lemon slices
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • ice cubes

  • 3/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 cup bananas (mashed, very ripe)
  • medjool dates
  • 1/8 tsp stevia (vanilla)
  • pie crust (Paleo)
  • banana (for garnish)

Homemade Giner Ale w/ Stevia





Ingredients

  • 2 liters plain seltzer water
  • 1 tablespoon pressed fresh ginger juice
  • 1 fresh squeezed lemon (medium-sized)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 
  • 5 packets stevia extract in the raw®
